7.4/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, with easy access to many tourist attractions and business areas. The service, especially in arranging tours and making delicious omelets, was outstanding. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped and lacked natural light, plus the limited dining options were a downside.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit small and dark, plus there was hair on the pillowcase. The view faced a concrete courtyard and TV channels were limited, with only one in English.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging cabs and tours right from the hotel. They even made omelets to order and had a great selection of juices.
Location
8.0
The location was really good, close to most tourist attractions and business places in the city. It was right on Reforma Avenue, which was fantastic.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was better than average, offering a good mix of Mexican and American fare. The breakfast was convenient for an early start, though with an extra cost for some items.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but not outstanding. However, the ability to pay for some services like shuttle or tours at the front door was convenient.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The excellent water pressure and fine temperature in the rooms were great, but the long wait for maintenance to fix the cooling issue was a letdown. However, once moved to a different room, it was much better. The lack of views from some rooms was disappointing.

Although my booking confirmation indicated a Standard Double Room, I was allocated a single bedroom without a view. The room tended to get hot and required maintenance, leading to a necessary room change. The interior rooms lacked any view, opening up to three walls of the hotel.
Rooms
6.0
The room I initially received was not what I had expected, and it had heating issues that required maintenance. However, after the room change, the new room was satisfactory.
Service
7.0
The staff members I encountered were nice and helpful, although the advertised bilingual service was not consistently available.
Location
8.0
The location felt safe for walking and offered easy access to various attractions though being a bit far from major sights. The proximity to Paseo de la Reforma provided convenience for exploring.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience in one of the banquet halls was good, with a variety of Mexican and American meals. The pricing was reasonable and included in my rate.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered satisfactory facilities, enhancing my stay.
